Roland Doucet

Roland retired after thirty years with Merck in 1995. After a two-year attempt at retirement, he decided to join his son and begin a second career as a Investment Advisor Representative in 1997.

Roland is based in the firm’s Lake Charles, Louisiana office. He serves as the local contact for the firm’s client base in Lake Charles and the surrounding area. He assists with account maintenance, investment advice and client services. He is also involved with equity research, primarily in the healthcare sector.

Roland holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy from Loyola University in New Orleans, a Masters of Business Administration in economics from McNeese State University, and is a Series 7, Series 65, and Series 63 registered representative of Institutional Securities Corporation.

He is the father of five and grandfather of ten. He is active in the community, having served as President of the Kiwanis and is a lectern at his church.
